When paying a deposit to us, we assume that you
have read and are fully aware of this cancellation
policy.
- Your reservation will be confirmed by e-mail,
the amount payable and any conditions which may
apply.
- Please confirm your reservation within two weeks
by telephone, email, or post if you prefer for
security purposes, enclosing deposit payment or
your credit card details. Once we have received
this, your booking is complete and we will e-mail
your confirmation.The balance payable before or
on arrival.
- • All cancellations must be advised and
acknowledged by Tropical Coast Retreat by email
or writing.
• Cancellations within 14 days, will forfeit
your total deposit.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival
will result in the full tariff being deducted.
• Cancellation of a one or two night booking
within 7 days of arrival will result in the total
tariff being deducted.
• Visa and Mastercard are accepted, government
surcharges will apply to the total tariff.
Please note: Only 3 couples (or
6 people) can stay at one time. If children
are under 15 years both suites must be booked. |
